Pat Hutchins (1995-1996)

Pat Hutchins (born 7 June 1942) (died November 18 2017) for cancer) was the presenter of Rosie and Jim from 1995 to 1996.

Hutchins has written many children's books, some illustrated by her husband Laurence, with whom she has two children.

Hutchins was succeeded as presenter of Rosie and Jim by Neil Brewer.

She won the 1974 Greenway Medal, and she was a runner-up for that same award in 1979 for her publication One-Eyed Jack.

The show[]

Pat is a illustrator who creates pictures, gathering ideas from her adventures. Each episode would start with Pat finishing a drawing of Rosie and Jim and end with an illustration, again by Pat, based upon the episode.

At the end of the each episode, Duck would be hidden in the picture, with Rosie and Jim trying to find him.  



Pat is also the only female host of the show 

In 2017, Pat Hutchins was Died of Cancer, Age of 75, She Was In Channel 5 News, BBC News and ITV News.
